How to Add Insurance



  1. When placing your order, simply select the “Add Insurance” option when you create your order.
  2. You will be asked to provide the value of your goods and pay only 5% of the total value as an insurance premium.

If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, follow these steps to initiate an insurance claim:

a. Report the incident to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package or noticing damage/loss.


Provide Documentation:


Submit the following documentation to process your claim:

  2. Proof of purchase or value of the items.
  3. Tracking information to confirm the shipping process.

Claim Review:


a. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days to confirm whether the claim is approved.


Reimbursement or Replacement:


If your claim is approved, we will either:

Customer Negligence:

5. WOOW's Liability 🏢


While we strive to provide the best shipping experience, WOOW is not responsible for the following:


Delays:

Although we work hard to meet delivery estimates, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.


Customs or Import Fees:

Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our insurance policy.
